A peculiar People

Last week we saw that the church is an international movement started 2000 years ago.  This week Pastor Glen reminded us the church is people.  The KJV of 1 Peter 2:9 calls us peculiar people.  And really we should be kinda weird, kinda different, kinda... Peculiar.  How does it change our view of the church if we actually see it as a gathering of peculiar people?
